We arrange delivery by our own transport (with our trucks).

Overall production and delivery time is normally no longer than 4–5 weeks except for Italian August holidays and Christmas time when 1–2 extra weeks delays are possible.

Special fast 3-week deliveries are available at an extra cost of £160.

Warranty

All Calia Maddalena products are covered with 2-year full warranty. The warranty can be extended to 5 years at an extra cost of £199.

Our packing, handling and shipping procedures are performed by highly qualified staff ensuring that you receive your order with no damage or defect. If any product is damaged during shipping, we will fix it immediately.

The top quality leather that we buy exclusively from Italian producers is cured and tanned strictly in Arzignano and Vicenza, Northern Italy. All our sofas are produced in Altamura (BA) in Southern Italy by people possessing time served experience of working with leather sofas.

Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 7 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: Customer must send the product to the Factory where sofa has been shipped . . You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to us be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
